The staff was really friendly, they went out of their way to help, even got me a European adapter for my charger without me even asking. The pastries in the morning? Delicious, I tell ya, worth waking up for.

The room could use an upgrade. the carpet might emit an unpleasant odor when the A/C is off, which isn’t ideal for spending over $200 a night. The bathroom door swings inward, making it a challenge for multiple users, and the breakfast options—just tea or coffee from a machine and some pre-packaged muffins—leave much to be desired.

Perfect spot near Universal!

Had a good stay here! The room was spacious with neat retro decor and comfy beds. Clean and good hot drinks in the lobby. Only a short ride to Universal and plenty of eateries around. Just be ready for some noise from the street. it got a little loud at times.

The unique pool area felt like our private oasis, and the comfortable bed was a dream. We loved walking to local spots for dinner.
